It’s based on responses from 1,000 visitors to Primelocation.com and FindaProperty.com, and it’s fairly self-explanatory.
Most people think the market will bottom out before, or by, autumn of this year.

Very interesting though. Are the populous currently upbeat, but beaten into doom and gloom by news coverage (or into a bullish frenzy when times are better)?
Quite right Paul - I’ve amended it to reflect that! I think people are fairly realistic about the market - prices have fallen quickly and probably have a bit further to fall, but with interest rates as low as they are and prices starting to look enticing, many - especially those with access to finance - will see opportunities in the current situation.
I think August could be optimistic but lets go with that. A couple of weeks ago house prices rose a little for the first time in many months so we’re looking ahead
