If prices do bottom out I would expect a surge in buyer activity. Too many people aren’t entering the market at the moment, waiting to see what is going to happen to prices.
It’s great to see some good news about the property market. It seems to be all doom and gloom at the moment, but there are buyers and sellers out there who need to move to get on with their lives, so property is stilling selling, albeit at more realistic prices.
